Group healing is a unique healing “pod” experience…like dolphins. Dr Jasmine’s training is based on network spinal analysis and frees healing waves to move through your spine, body and consciousness. We’re mostly water and when our frozen areas melt, the wisdom that was being withheld gets to flow and so does the energy. Our body starts to move in gentle waves and a respiratory breathing wave rocks the full range of your spine and you’ll feel free to full expand and contract. Pain usually accompanies feeling stuck in our range or pain in growing past our comfort zone or being held back in ways that no longer serve us. In a pod, we also receive energy, love, inspiration from those around us. The term entrainment comes from nature and is found when groups move together, making the work of journeying easier…like a school of fish, pod of dolphins or birds flying together in the sky. Truth is we’re working on healing and growing in so many of the same ways. We can celebrate and encourage one another to be courageous, loving, fulfilled, healed and forgiven.
